Entry Deadlines

Early bird entry closing date is Friday, October 6^th

Entries close for the November 2023 Mini-Gathering on Friday, October 20^th

Entries close for the February 2024 Mini-Gathering on Friday, January 26^th

Registration

Registration can be completed from a browser on the BCPA Registration Site or using the WildApricot for Members App on their phone.

Specific instructions, for all grades and events can be found in the at the November 2023 and February 2024 Mini-Gathering Information Guide providing important details. 

Before entering, please ensure the following steps are taken, otherwise a non-member fee will apply:

• If you are a BCPA member, please renew your membership for the 2023-2024 BCPA season here and use that email address for your Mini-Gathering entry
• If you plan on becoming a BCPA member, please take out a new membership here and use that email address for your Mini-Gathering entry
• If you reside outside the BCPA region (BC, Washington, and Oregon), please ensure your membership in your home association is current for the 2023-2024 BCPA season

The results of the 2023 February BCPA Online Mini-Gathering are posted on the Results page.

The Mini Gatherings are held in November and February annually. Last season, we held the gathering on November 5th and February 11th, 2022 respectively. Here are our overall Mini Gathering aggregate winners for the 2022/2023 season.
