These competitions are the first two competitions of the 2026-2027 season. This allows an opportunity for players to get some early feedback on their playing and for new players to get an introduction to the competition circuit. In order to compete you must be a BCPA member. There are aggregate prizes that are available to competitors who compete at both Mini Gatherings and also for those that compete at the two mini gatherings and the annual gathering which is held on the Easter weekend.

Before you register:
- Review the waiver that is to be signed by the competitor or the parent or guardian of competitors under the age of 18
- WAIVER STATEMENT: (To be agreed to by competitor, or parent/guardian if under age 18) I desire to enter the events identified, and in consideration of your acceptance of this entry, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and relieve any and all claims I may have against the Games name and society for injuries which may be suffered by me while in attendance. I hereby grant permission to BCPA and Games or their representatives the right to take photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings of me at the Games. I authorize the use of my name, image, likeness, and voice in any promotional materials including websites, social media, print, and broadcast media without compensation.

- Membership – In order to enter the mini gatherings you must be a BCPA member. Please renew your membership before you register for the games.
