Please carefully read and follow these instructions to have a smooth experience in preparing and submitting your videos for the competition.

NOTE: ALL TIMES SHOWN IN THE REFERENCED DOCUMENTS AND ORDERS OF PLAY ARE PACIFIC TIME. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE AWARE OF WHAT PACIFIC TIME IS IN YOUR LOCAL TIME ZONE ON THE DAYS OF THE COMPETITION.

Awards Ceremony, viewing results and receiving your adjudication sheets

The results will be announced online via Zoom online on Saturday April 30 at 2:00 PM Pacific Time.

A link to the Awards Ceremony on Zoom will be posted on the BCPA website on April 20th with all the details on how to join the meeting.

The complete results will be posted on the BCPA website following the Awards Ceremony. Afterward, your adjudication sheets will be emailed to you along with a link to the complete results.

To reduce the chances that the automated emails will be caught in the Spam/Junk folder of your email client, the emails will be metered out over several hours. However, please regularly check your Spam/Junk folder after 9:00 pm Pacific Time that day to ensure they are not caught there.

If you do not receive the emails containing your adjudication sheets by 11:59 pm Pacific Time April 30th, please contact BCPA IT Infrastructure Leader Garth Newlands at it.infrastructure@bcpipers.org and within one day he will manually email your adjudication sheets to you.
