The BCPA Fall and Winter Mini Gatherings will be held November 8, 2025 and February 7, 2026 at the Pitt River Middle School, 2070 Tyner Street, Port Coquitlam. Competitors can enter for a single competition or for both. Entries will only be accepted online and payment made by credit card at the BCPA WildApricot website: Wild Apricot Registration

Please join us immediately following the Fall Mini Gathering on November 8th at the Port Coquitlam Legion, for the BCPA Volunteer recognition & Grand Aggregate Celebration, 2675, Shaughnessy Street from 3:30 pm – 7:00 pm. Come enjoy light refreshments and celebrate our wonderful volunteers and trophy winners from this past season.

At the November 8th Mini Gathering we will be having a used uniform rack to buy & sell items. Please bring your items, clean, priced, and on hangers. Sellers are responsible for collecting any unsold pieces at the end of the day. We are also looking for a volunteer to oversee the rack during the competition.
