“Hello BC Pipers’ Members,

As we stand at the brink of another exciting outdoor season, I just wanted to reach out with a quick message. This is always a special time of year, and I’m really looking forward to the energy of great crowds, renewed friendships, and vibrant gatherings.

Let’s all remember to get out and support our local pipe bands, solo pipers and drummers, Highland dancers, heavy event athletes, and, of course, the parades, Highland Games, and community festivals that bring us together. Get out on the grass, gather around the platforms, cheer on your favourite performers, soak in the music, and enjoy the camaraderie that makes our scene so special. Don’t forget to stick around for the massed bands !

Support the vendors, enjoy the food, thank the volunteers—because none of this would happen without their dedication—think about volunteering yourself and be part of the community we all cherish.

Now more than ever, it’s vital that we come together, share the things we love, have those good conversations, as the international language of music unites us all, and celebrate what makes our traditions thrive.

I can’t wait to see everyone out there.  Let’s make it a season to remember.

See you on the grass!”

Kind regards,
