May 9- We have a volunteer for both games but don't let that stop any one else from sending along photos from any of the games. All submissions are gratefully accepted. Thanks go out to Gord Haddon for stepping up.

May 1-The BCPA board recently approved the formation of a new committee. Its purpose is to;
Help strengthen Highland Games
Identify and agree on challenges and develop strategies to address them
Share resources and expertise
Explore areas of potential collaboration amongst member organizations

Note new location - Topaz Park. The Celtic Festival held on May 17 will include a wide range of Scottish and Celtic music and dance entertainment along with various sporting activities. The Highland Games will be held on Sunday, May 18.
